Applications are invited for the new 'Food and Mood' course which focuses on food and its affect on how we think and feel.
Food and Mood
The course will provide an in-depth view of food groups and the most important nutrients in relation to mood and cognition. The basics of a healthy diet are also explored.
To augment learning, through food diaries, students will explore their own eating preferences and patterns and look at how these affect day to day functioning.
