One Day Food and Mood Workshop

Glasgow Cognitive Therapy Centre - Sat 3rd March 2012

This one day workshop, offered by Anne Fairlie, Nutritional Therapist, is intended for people who work in or are interested in mental health who wish to increase their knowledge about the impact that nutrition has on mental health. Over the course of the day we’ll have presentations, discussion groups and use of nutritional questionnaires and personal food diaries.

Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

This is a 2 year part-time course which will allow you to practice as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. It will allow you to work towards accreditation as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with COSCA or BABCP.
